If the product is damaged or broken
In case the product is delivered damaged or broken, please inform us immediately while the delivery person is still present. You can call us at 01749728043. After notifying us, you can return the product at no extra charge. The product must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

If someone else receives the product on your behalf, make sure they are aware of this process.

If the issue is not reported while the delivery person is present, this condition will not apply for damaged products.

We will replace the product within 2 working days of receiving your notification. If you opt for replacement/exchange, depending on stock availability, it may take between 2 to 25 days.

যদি পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভাঙা অবস্থায় আসে
প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির সময় যদি প্রোডাক্টটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভাঙা অবস্থায় পান, তাহলে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে থাকা অবস্থায় আমাদেরকে অবশ্যই জানাতে হবে। আমাদের কল করতে পারেন 01749728043 এই নাম্বারে। আমাদেরকে জানালে, আপনি বিনামূল্যে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে পারবেন। পণ্য ফেরত দেয়ার সময় অবশ্যই মূল প্যাকেজিং এবং এক্সেসরিজ দিতে হবে।

যদি অন্য কেউ আপনার পক্ষে প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করে, তবে তাকে অবশ্যই এই প্রক্রিয়া সম্পর্কে জানিয়ে রাখতে হবে।

ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে থাকাকালে আমাদের না জানালে, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে এই শর্ত প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

আমাদের জানানোর ২ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রোডাক্টটি রিপ্লেস করা হবে। যদি রিপ্লেসমেন্ট/এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে চান, তবে স্টকের ওপর নির্ভর করে ২ থেকে ২৫ দিনের মধ্যে সময় লাগতে পারে।

If the product is defective
If the product has a defect, notify us within 2 days. You must provide evidence by submitting the following:

Clear pictures of the front and back of the defective package
Invoice number
A clear video showing the defect (screenshots or photos alone will not be accepted)
If the defect is verified, you may return the product along with its accessories within 2 working days. After receiving the return, we will process your refund. Alternatively, you can request a replacement, subject to stock availability.

যদি প্রোডাক্ট ত্রুটিযুক্ত হয়
যদি প্রোডাক্ট ত্রুটিযুক্ত হয়, তাহলে ২ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদেরকে জানাতে হবে। আপনাকে কিছু প্রমাণ প্রদান করতে হবে –

প্রোডাক্টের ত্রুটির একটি ক্লিয়ার ভিডিও (স্ক্রিনশট বা শুধু ছবি গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়)
ত্রুটি নিশ্চিত হলে, ২ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রোডাক্ট এবং এক্সেসরিজ ফেরত পাঠাতে পারবেন। ফেরত পাওয়ার পর, আমরা রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করব। আপনি চাইলে প্রোডাক্ট রিপ্লেসও করতে পারেন, তবে স্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে।

If the product quality doesn’t meet expectations
Since our products are sourced from different countries, we cannot pre-check the quality. We recommend considering the following:

Product price
Photos or videos of the product
Customer reviews
If the product quality doesn’t meet your expectations, notify us while the delivery person is still present. Our complaint department will verify your claim and inform you about replacement or refund options.

যদি প্রোডাক্টের গুণগতমান আশানুরূপ না হয়
আমাদের প্রোডাক্ট সরাসরি বিভিন্ন দেশের প্রস্তুতকারক বা সরবরাহকারীদের কাছ থেকে আসে, তাই আমরা আগে থেকেই প্রোডাক্টের গুণগতমান পরীক্ষা করতে পারি না। আমরা আপনাকে নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়গুলি বিবেচনা করার পরামর্শ দিই –

যদি প্রোডাক্টের গুণগতমান আপনার প্রত্যাশার সাথে না মেলে, তাহলে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে আমাদের জানাতে হবে। আমাদের কমপ্লেইন বিভাগ আপনার অভিযোগের সত্যতা যাচাই করবে এবং রিফান্ড বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট সম্পর্কে জানাবে।

If there is a mismatch in quantity or incorrect product
If you receive an incorrect product or there is a mismatch in quantity, report it to us in the presence of the delivery person. We will inform you about replacement or refund within 3 working days.

Complaints made after the delivery person leaves will not be accepted.

যদি অর্ডার করা প্রোডাক্ট পরিমাণে কম বা ভুল থাকে
যদি প্রোডাক্টের পরিমাণ কম হয় বা প্রোডাক্ট ভুল আসে, তাহলে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে আমাদের জানাতে হবে। আমাদের জানালে, আমরা ৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিপ্লেস বা রিফান্ডের ব্যাপারে আপনাকে জানাবো।

ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর এই ধরনের অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

If the product is no longer needed
Once you confirm an order via the website or phone, it is considered final and cannot be canceled. We will immediately start the shipping process, and returns or refunds will not be accepted for changes of mind.

যদি প্রোডাক্ট আর প্রয়োজন না থাকে
অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার পর, তা চূড়ান্ত হিসাবে বিবেচিত হবে এবং শিপমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে। প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে "প্রয়োজন নেই" এর কারণে রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডের সুযোগ নেই।

If the product color does not match the photos/videos
Our products are overseas items, and the photos/videos uploaded may not perfectly match the actual product. We aim to keep a 90-95% match, but slight variations may occur. If there is a significant color mismatch, notify us within 24 hours. Our complaint department will review the issue and try to resolve it within 3 working days.

যদি প্রোডাক্টের রঙ মিল না হয়
আমাদের পণ্যগুলো ওভারসিজ থেকে আসে এবং প্রোডাক্টের ছবি বা ভিডিও ১০০% মিল নাও হতে পারে। আমরা ৯০-৯৫% সঠিকতা বজায় রাখার চেষ্টা করি। তবুও যদি রঙের বড় অমিল থাকে, তাহলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদেরকে জানান। আমাদের কমপ্লেইন বিভাগ বিষয়টি রিভিউ করে ৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সমস্যা সমাধানের চেষ্টা করবে।

If there is a shipment delay
Delivery time may vary depending on product size, weight, stock, and customer location. If there is an unexpected delay due to natural disasters, pandemics, or political issues, we will inform you and attempt to resolve the issue. Once the product has left our warehouse, delays in delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

শিপমেন্ট দেরি হলে
প্রোডাক্টের সাইজ, ওজন, স্টক এবং কাস্টমারের অবস্থান অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারির সময় ভিন্ন হতে পারে। যদি প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, মহামারী বা রাজনৈতিক সমস্যার কারণে শিপমেন্ট দেরি হয়, তাহলে আমরা আপনাকে তা জানিয়ে সমস্যাটি সমাধানের চেষ্টা করবো। ওয়্যারহাউজ থেকে বের হয়ে গেলে বিলম্বের জন্য রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
