If there is a shipment delay
Delivery time may vary depending on product size, weight, stock, and customer location. If there is an unexpected delay due to natural disasters, pandemics, or political issues, we will inform you and attempt to resolve the issue. Once the product has left our warehouse, delays in delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

শিপমেন্ট দেরি হলে
প্রোডাক্টের সাইজ, ওজন, স্টক এবং কাস্টমারের অবস্থান অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারির সময় ভিন্ন হতে পারে। যদি প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, মহামারী বা রাজনৈতিক সমস্যার কারণে শিপমেন্ট দেরি হয়, তাহলে আমরা আপনাকে তা জানিয়ে সমস্যাটি সমাধানের চেষ্টা করবো। ওয়্যারহাউজ থেকে বের হয়ে গেলে বিলম্বের জন্য রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
